Please be aware that the estimated shipping times listed are approximate and online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Due to high demand from our recent collection, there might be slight delays in dispatching your order. We appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to minimize the backlog and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

For Australian customers, BANKS offers Express shipping with a delivery time of 1-2 business days for AUD $15.50, Standard shipping taking 3-10 business days for free (orders over $190) or AUD $10.99 (orders under $190).

International shipping options and costs vary by country. BANKS utilizes DHL Express for international shipments, with different delivery times and prices for various regions. Please note that some countries have specific shipping requirements, such as providing a PO Box or street address.

Orders placed before 12PM AEDT on weekdays are dispatched the same day, while weekend or QLD Public Holiday orders are dispatched the following business day. Most orders require a signature on delivery, and tracking information is provided via email once the order leaves the warehouse.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during international shipping. BANKS does not handle these charges, and unclaimed parcels or refused duties and taxes may result in the order being disposed of without compensation. Additionally, BANKS does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
